What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

We serve both individual buyers and dealership partners. Our MOQ is 1 unit. Whether you need a single EV for personal use or 50 cars for your showroom, we treat every order with the same professionalism.

Do I need an account to place an order?

For international transactions, we primarily accept T/T (Bank Telegraphic Transfer) to our company bank account in China. This ensures a secure and transparent transaction record for both parties. We accept USD and CNY.

How can I trust AW Auto? Can I visit you in China?

We understand that purchasing a vehicle internationally involves a significant amount of money and trust. We warmly welcome you to visit our company in China to meet our team and see our operations in person.

Option 1: Secure & Inspect (Recommended)

You place a deposit to lock the vehicle order first. We will prepare the car for you. Then, you fly to China to inspect your specific vehicle physically. Once you are satisfied with the condition, you pay the balance.

Option 2: Visit Before Payment

You are welcome to visit us before paying anything. You can check our company and available stock. However, please note that we cannot reserve specific inventory without a deposit. The car you want might be sold before you arrive.

Visiting us is easier than you think! China has recently opened Visa-Free entry for citizens of many countries. For many clients, you can simply buy a flight ticket and come directly.

Who handles customs clearance?

AW Auto handles all export customs clearance in China and provides all necessary documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin). You or your local agent are responsible for import customs clearance and duties in your country.

Are the cars new or used?

We mainly specialize in Brand New vehicles. We will specify the condition on the contract before we both agree with the transaction.

Is the car system language in English?

Most cars manufactured for the Chinese market come with Chinese language systems by default. However, for many popular models (like BYD, Zeekr, Lixiang), English language packages are available or can be updated. Please confirm with us regarding the specific model you want.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and mode of transport:
- Central Asia and Russia (truck/rail): 15-25 days.
- Middle East (sea freight): 20-30 days.
- Southeast Asia (sea freight): 10-20 days.
- Africa and South America: 35-50 days.
We will provide a specific shipping schedule after your order is confirmed.
Upon arrival at the destination port, you will typically need to handle import customs clearance procedures. If you do not have a customs clearance agent, we can assist you in finding one to complete the import procedures.
